Broadview Financial Management - Careers
JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM
At Broadview Financial Management, clients are our highest priority. Clients receive customized comprehensive financial planning and investment management services that are tailored to a wide spectrum of individuals and families that range from those just getting started to those that have accumulated significant wealth. Our clients benefit from our team approach, which we have found is the most effective method to help them navigate a complex financial-services world and meet their wide variety of needs.
Our next priority is our tightknit team of caring individuals with a listen-first mindset. We can’t deliver exceptional client service without the contributions of each member of our talented team. They focus on what’s important – providing top notch, unbiased, fee-only financial planning and investment management services. They do not sell products and have the freedom to recommend what our clients need. We treat each other with respect and recognize that everyone on the team is critical to our continued success.
Having fun is a priority too. Bailey, our Chief Rollover Specialist, supports our team when she’s in the office. She loves to play fetch in the hallways and never turns down neck scratches.
When our team needs to expand, we look for individuals that have the right combination of technical and soft skills. Qualified candidates can expect to meet with most of our team. We are selective, but in return, we offer a competitive pay and benefits package, including a salary, discretionary bonus, health, dental, disability, life insurance, 401(k) and paid time off.
